This wine displays a varietal nose of lime, lemon and dried flowers.
The palate delivers clean citrus flavours with beautifully fine acidity. The wine will build greatly in complexity over the next 10 years. With time in the bottle this wine will develop richer notes of honey and toast.

Varietal fruit flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry are displayed. It is coupled with a lively acidity and a lovely lime juice finish on the palate. This Sauvignon Blanc was fermented cool in tank to produce maximum aroma and freshness. Drink now whilst fresh and alive.

A textured palate derived from aging on lees. This wine was fermented cool in tank in order to bring out the subtle varietal flavours of Pinot Gris.

Estate grown grapes, Passionfruit, lemon & lychee on nose.
Passionfruit and gooseberry palate with fresh citrus acidity. Grapes were crushed and pressed then fermented with light lees. The juice was fermented in stainless steel (13-15 C) for three weeks. Wine was then filtered and bottled under screwcap in July 2008.
65% Sauvignon blanc, 35% Semillon

Estate grown. Aromas of honeysuckle, musk and nutty barrel ferment characters.
Juicy acidity with honey, nuts and musk showing through on the palate.Will reward cellaring over the next 10 years.

Floral honey suckle aromas with subtle barrel aged complexity.
The palate has relatively low acidity and beautiful mineral texture. Grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented on solids in stainless steel and French Hogsheads. The wine spent 6 months on lees the wine was filtered and bottled under screw cap December 2008. Will reward cellaring over the next 10 years.

This 100% chardonnay displays characters typical of the region. This wine has been fermented and left on its lees in French oak for 10 months. A complex wine with beautifully integrated flavours, creamy texture and long fine acidity. Drinking well now, will reward with cellaring over the next 5 years.
