This Rosé was made from Merlot grapes. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness and acidity to make a perfectly balanced Rosé. A fantastic food wine. It matches summer festivities -- grilled burgers and ribs -- but also spicy eats.

A complex nose of raspberries, blackberries, cinnamon, mocha and a hint of herb.
A seamless palate of juicy raspberries, blackcurrant and a chocolate finish. Matured in Troncais French oak for 12 months. Bottled July 2009. Drink over the next 5 years.
100% Estate grown Merlot
Red berries, olive, plum, fruitcake and cedar aromas lift from the glass.
The wine displays a full mid palate with berries and chocolate encased in round supple tannins. Drink over next 5 years.

off dry, bright black cherry and blackberry aroma with mint, currant, violet, pepper and blood orange notes
Light cherry and plum flavours are tight, slightly earthy and rich with youthful acidity. The wine is light to medium-bodied with soft tannins. Matured in French oak for 9 months.
100% Gippsland grown Pinot Noir
Medium – dark ruby; complex, mature varietal aroma with red cherries and plum, vanilla, cocoa, toast, and oak
A complex, delicious flavours add spice and quite rich with a supple, smooth velvety texture. Aged in French oak for 12months. This is a well-balanced, medium-full body wine with a very long finish.
